What happens if my ARENA membership is suspended? How do I get my ARENA membership off the suspension list?

If your ARENA membership is suspended you will not be able to access your ARENA device or any ARENA devices.
To unlock your membership, make sure you are up to date on your membership payments and then contact your ARENA concierge.
After I sign up for my ARENA membership, when will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card on file will be charged 14 days after signing up for the ARENA membership. We wait 14 days before charging you for the membership to account for the time it will take to ship you your ARENA platform. During these initial 14 days you have access to all member benefits.
