What is the ARENA Platform?
The ARENA Platform is your all-in-one home gym. At the size of a carry on suitcase, the Arena Platform can easily fit into any home or apartment. The ARENA Platform generates up to 200 lb of constant resistance and is controlled by your smartphone or tablet through the Go Arena app.
How Does the ARENA Platform Work?
The ARENA Platform contains an electromagnetic motor that generates resistance and a regenerative battery system that powers the ARENA Platform for about 30 hours.
Members control the ARENA Platform via the Go ARENA app, which enables instant weight adjustments,, daily workouts, specialized programs, access to strength performance metrics, a vast exercise library and so much more.
What is included with my ARENA Platform?
What is included with your ARENA Platform depends on the bundle you select. All bundles come with free access to the Go ARENA App and the ARENA concierge service.
How do I get an ARENA Platform?
You can purchase an Arena Platform directly from our website (www.arena.fit). You can either pay upfront, or finance through Affirm for as low. We also, accept HSA/FSA funds through TrueMed. If you would like to finance your purchase, select Affirm at check out. If you would like to use HSA/FSA fund to pay for your Arena, please select TrueMed- pay with HSA/FSA at checkout.
Where can I purchase an ARENA Platform?
Arena Platform directly from our website (www.arena.fit). You can either pay upfront, or finance through Affirm. We also accept HSA/FSA funds through TrueMed. If you would like to finance your purchase, select Affirm at check out. If you would like to use HSA/FSA fund to pay for your Arena, please select TrueMed- pay with HSA/FSA at checkout.
How many Go ARENA App accounts do I get with my purchase?
Every purchase comes with up to 5 Go ARENA App accounts.
Is there a way to purchase more Go ARENA app accounts?
No. We currently do not offer the option to purchase additional Go ARENA app accounts.
Do you offer home trials?
Yes. We offer a 30-day at-home trial period. You will have up to 30 days from your delivery date to try your ARENA Platform at home. If you wish to return your order, you must return your ARENA Platform (including all accessories) in like-new condition.
To start your returns, please contact your concierge or message us at contact@goarena.co and we will help schedule the return of your ARENA Platform.
You will be charged a restocking fee of $200. All items (including your Arena Platform and your accessories) must be in new condition and packed in original packaging to ensure that there is no damage during shipping.
If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, we will ship you a replacement package. There may be an additional $30 charge for the replacement packaging.
Do I have to pay before my home trial?
Yes. You must pay the full cost of your ARENA Platform at the time of purchase. If you qualify and pay by financing, you will need to make the first installment payment to our financing partner. If you wish to return within 30 days, we will refund the full cost of the first installment after the return is processed.
What is the refund policy?
Please see Returns for more information about our Return Policy. Please note that there is a $200 return fee to cover shipping, processing, and restocking.
Do you provide discounts for healthcare workers, first responders, teachers, and members of the armed services?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount off the purchase price of an ARENA Platform for healthcare workers, first responders, teachers, and members of the armed services.
Shipping + Delivery
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we only ship ARENA Platforms to customers located in the United States. We plan to expand sales globally in the future.
Who pays for shipping?
ARENA does not cover shipping. Shipping costs will be added to your purchase at checkout, standard shipping rates will apply.
If you would like to return your ARENA Platform, there is a $200 shipping and restocking fee for both purchases and leases.
What happens if my ARENA Platform arrives damaged?
If your ARENA Platform arrives damaged or you are missing accessories, please contact your ARENA concierge or message us at Contact@goarena.co for assistance.
Is installation required?
No. There is no installation required. All you need to do to get started is download and create your account on the Go ARENA App, switch on and pair your ARENA Platform, attach your accessory, and begin.

Does my ARENA Platform come with a warranty?
Yes, every ARENA Platform comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
What happens if my ARENA Platform breaks or stops working?
If your ARENA Platform breaks or stops working, please contact your ARENA concierge or message us at Contact@goarena.co for assistance.

Is the ARENA platform portable?
Yes. The ARENA Platform runs on a rechargeable battery and weighs approximately 55lb, so you can train anywhere.
How much space do I need?
The ARENA Platform has a compact footprint and fits in homes/ apartments of all sizes. The platform's dimensions are 36"x 23.5"x 9.5" and we recommend having around 24’’ of space on all sides of your ARENA Platform for training. The ceiling height minimum depends on the height of the user, on average we recommend a ceiling height of at least 8’ to allow users adequate training room.
How long does the battery last?
The ARENA Platform's regenerative battery typically lasts up to 30 days depending on the level of usage.
What do the different LED lights mean?
- Solid Green: The ARENA Platform is off, plugged into an outlet, and charging
- Solid Blue: The ARENA Platform is off, plugged into an outlet, and fully charged. The blue light will turn off after 5 minutes
- White: The ARENA Platform is on. If you are charging your ARENA while it’s on, the light will remain white regardless of the battery level
- Yellow: The ARENA Platform has under 30% battery and needs to be charged as soon as possible
- Red: The ARENA Platform has under 5% battery and will power down within 5 minutes depending on load and intensity
- Flashing Red: There is an error with the ARENA Platform and/or there is a mandatory firmware update. If this occurs or if you see the indicator lights turn red after you have powered on, contact us at contact@goarena.co for further assistance.
Can I purchase additional attachments?
You can purchase additional squat belts on the ARENA website (www.arena.fit). To purchase other ARENA accessories, please contact your concierge or message us at contact us at contact@goarena.co.
Can I use my own attachments?
Yes. While the ARENA Platform comes with everything you need to start training,, you are welcome to use your own accessories.
ARENA is not responsible for any damages or injury resulting, either directly or indirectly, with the use of non-ARENA accessories used with the ARENA Platform.
Can children use the ARENA Platform?
The ARENA Platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 and up. If approved in advance by a physician, children over the age of 15 may use the ARENA Platform under direct adult supervision. Please keep young children and animals away from the ARENA Platform at all times.

Can the ARENA Platform be shared?
Yes. Each ARENA Platform comes with up to 5 accounts on the Go Arena App. You can order a single ARENA Platform for your family to share. As long as each person has a phone and the ARENA Mobile App and their own account, they will be able to pair it with your ARENA Platform.
We do not advise sharing a single account, since your workout metrics are recorded for each workout and are unique to you!
Caring for your ARENA Platform
Can I store my ARENA Platform outside?
Your ARENA Platform should always be stored in dry, indoor areas only. Do not store your ARENA Platform outdoors or in damp/wet locations. Extreme temperatures may result in mechanical and/or electrical complications.
Can I get my ARENA Platform wet?
No. The ARENA Platform is designed to withstand small amounts of moisture, such as sweat). Do not use your ARENA Platform in water, rain, snow, or in excessively wet conditions. Such use may cause damage to the ARENA Platform and void your warranty.
The Go ARENA App
What workouts are in the app?
The Daily Lift:
A series of daily workouts that change every week and target different muscle groups each day. The Daily Lift is made up of three (3) strength-focused circuit-style workouts and three (3) HIIT-style workouts and (1) recovery workouts. This is an Intermediate level workout regime.
ARENA Programs:
4-12 week workouts programs designed around a specific theme.
ARENA Workout Bank:
Where you can find all ARENA workouts. There are over 100 different workouts in ARENA’s workout bank.
10-Min Workouts:
A series of 10 min workouts focused on a specific muscle group or theme. If all you have is 10 min, ARENA will get you stronger.
How many exercises can you perform on the ARENA Platform?
You can perform over 400 different exercises using the Go ARENA App. You can explore the different exercises in our Exercise Library.
Can I train on my own, without following a workout?
Yes! Freestyle Mode in the Go ARENA App gives you the ability and freedom to work out on your own. You can choose an exercise from our exercise library, control the resistance, track your reps and sets, and utilize Eccentric Weight mode and Partner Training. Can I build my own workouts?
Yes! Workout builder and workout editor gives members the ability to create, save, and edit new or existing workouts! Workout Builder can be found on the bottom of the home screen of your Go Arena app. For more on workout builder check out our Workout Builder blog as well as our support center.
What metrics are tracked?
The Go ARENA app accurately tracks both high-level performance metrics like Work, Intensity, and Calories and detailed exercise-specific metrics like weight, reps, and average velocity per rep directly from the ARENA Platform.

Go ARENA app utilizes advanced algorithms to calculate how much work your muscles need to do each week in order to see gains. Every Sunday you are given a weekly Optimal Training Dose (OTD) goal based on your performance data. You can hit your OTD goal by doing pre-programmed workouts or your own freestyle workouts on the ARENA Platform.
It takes about a week of consistent workouts for the ARENA Platform to learn and calibrate your performance and calculate your OTD goal.
Does the Go ARENA app remember my workouts?
Yes, the Go ARENA app is like your digital workout journal. You can access all of your past workout metrics in the Go ARENA app, including the weights you use during an ARENA workout, the number of reps you performed, and the average velocity of each rep.
In addition to tracking workout history, the Go ARENA app will automatically populate and adjust resistance based on your prior workout.
What are the advanced training features?
Adjustable Weight Mode: When enabled, allows you to easily change the resistance at any point during your workout or rep.
Partner Training: Allows you to toggle between multiple ARENA profiles during a single workout session. When using this feature, the Go ARENA App knows who is working out and what they are doing. This allows your performance data to follow you! For more on this feature visit our support center.
Virtual Rack: Allows you to easily adjust where the resistance begins. Think of this feature as your virtual spotter arms. To learn more about the Virtual Rack visit our support center.

What is the ARENA concierge?
Once you order an ARENA Platform, you will be assigned an ARENA concierge. Your ARENA concierge is a real person that is here to help guide you and answer any questions. You can also make recommendations about content/workout programs you would like to see, features you would like built out, accessories you would like developed, and anything else you believe would enhance their experience. Your concierge is there to make sure you get what you need.
What is the ARENA trainer?
Your ARENA trainer is there to assist you on your ARENA journey by providing training tips, helping with proper movement and form corrections, helping you understand and best utilize the ARENA data, and answering any training questions
What is the ARENA community?
ARENA’s online community is a place for members to interact with each other as well as our network of strength coaches, trainers, and athletes. Check out The GoARENA Reddit Page, as well as our Facebook Page and Instagram to start connecting!
For Existing ARENA Lease Holders
How much is the monthly leasing fee?
You can lease the ARENA Platform for $99/month under the monthly leasing plan or opt to pay your first year upfront and save 10% with the annual leasing plan of $1,068.
Is there a minimum or maximum lease period?
Yes. There is a one-year (12-month) minimum lease period. There is no limit to how long you can lease your ARENA Platform.
Is there an initial deposit or down payment required?
No. There is no initial deposit or down payment if you opt into the monthly plan. If you choose the annual, you will be required to pay for the entire 12-month lease period once at checkout.
What happens to my lease after the first 12-month lease period?
After your first 12-month lease period, your lease will renew automatically unless you cancel your lease or change your leasing plan at least 30 days prior to renewal.
If you opt for an annual plan, your lease will renew for another 12-month period and you will be charged the annual lease amount at the beginning of the renewal period. For example, if your first 12-month lease period ends on December 31, 2023, your next lease period will automatically commence on January 1, 2024, and you will be charged the annual fee of $1,068 (or the current annual lease amount). If you want to cancel your lease or buy out your ARENA Platform, you must wait until the end of your leasing period.
If you opt for a monthly plan, your lease will renew on a month-to-month basis at a monthly lease amount. If you opt for a monthly plan you can cancel your lease at any time (after the initial 12-month leasing period) at least 30 days before your next billing date. For example, if your next billing date is June 1st, you must notify us by April 30th if you would like to cancel
If you do not cancel your lease or change your leasing plan at least 30 days prior to renewal, your lease will automatically continue, and we will continue to collect and charge the leasing fee (and any applicable taxes), for each such renewal, using any payment method you have on file with ARENA.
Is there an option to buy my ARENA Platform? How does this work?
Yes, you do have the option to buy out your lease and own your ARENA Platform.

Can I cancel my lease?
Yes. You may cancel your lease after the first 12-month lease period. Please note that if you cancel your lease you will be subject to a return fee ($200) to cover shipping, processing, and restocking.
If you opt for the annual lease plan, and you cancel your lease prior to the 12-month lease period, you will continue to be billed for the remainder of your lease period. For example, if your lease period ends on December 31st, and you cancel your lease on May 31st, you will be obligated to provide lease payments for the remaining 7 months.
If you opt for the monthly lease plan, you must cancel at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. For more information, please see “What happens to my lease after the first 12-month lease period?”
Is there a trial period under the lease program?
The ARENA lease program comes with a 30-day at-home trial. If you are not satisfied with your ARENA Platform, you can cancel your lease and return within 30 days from the date your ARENA Platform was delivered.
You will be charged a restocking fee of $200. All items (including your Arena Platform and accessories) must be in new condition and packed in original packaging to ensure that there is no damage during shipping. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, we will ship you a replacement package. There may be an additional $30 charge for the replacement packaging.

No. You cannot pause your lease or your monthly lease payments during your lease period.
If you wish to pause your lease please contact your ARENA concierge. We will evaluate your ability to pause your membership on a case-by-case basis.
What happens to my ARENA Platform if I cancel my lease?
If you decided to cancel your lease or do not opt to purchase your ARENA Platform, you must return your ARENA Platform and all accessories. Your ARENA concierge will work with you to send back your ARENA platform. There is a $200 return fee to cover shipping, processing, and restocking.
If you did not keep your packaging materials, your concierge will send you the packaging materials ($30) and instructions you need to be able to ship back your Arena Platform.
If we do not receive your returned ARENA platform within 30 days of your receiving your replacement packaging materials, you will be subject to late fees up to the retail value of the ARENA Platform.
What is the hardware refresh?
After the third (3rd) year (36 months) of your lease program, you have the option of refreshing your ARENA Platform with an upgraded model. You will be charged a refresh fee of $200 + shipping.
Will I get a new ARENA Platform?
The ARENA Platforms offered under the lease program include a mix of new and refurbished ARENA Platforms. Each ARENA Platform will include replacement parts and electronics and is thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to ensure quality and performance.

How do I change or update my billing information?
You can update your billing information by logging into your ARENA Portal, clicking on My Membership, then the Manage Account Information button.
Under Billing and Shipping Information click on Update Information and proceed to update your information. Once you are finished, click the Save button.

You can update your payment method by logging into your ARENA portal, clicking on My Membership, then the Manage Account Information button.
Under ARENA Membership you should see your plan, a renewal date, and your payment method. Next to the payment method you should see a pencil. Click on the pencil to change or add a payment method.
Alternatively, you can add a credit card by clicking Add Payment method under the Payment Method section and then add your new credit card information.

If you miss one lease payment, we will send you reminder emails. After the first week, your ARENA concierge will reach out to you regarding your missed payment.
If you have not provided payment within two weeks, we may lock your ARENA Platform at which point you will not be able to use it.
