Simple Rules to Follow

At ARENA, we set out to design products to help you get stronger in the safest and most effective way possible.  Here are some simple tips to help ensure that you get the most out of your ARENA.

Tip 1: Always have a counterweight, such as a foot or a medium to heavy dumbbell or kettlebell, on the ARENA Platform while lifting to prevent the ARENA Platform from lifting or moving.

Tip 2: Make sure your ARENA Platform is powered ON(I) before you pull on the cable. Pulling on the cable while your ARENA Platform is OFF(O) may cause damage to your ARENA Platform.

Tip 3: Do not pull on grab the carabiner directly during an exercise as you might pinch yourself.

Tip 4: Do not stick any body parts in the slot between the rollers located on the top of the ARENA Platform.

Tip 5: Do not expose your ARENA Platform to extreme heat, cold, liquids, sand, or other fine particles, as it can damage the ARENA Platform.

Tip 6: Keep your ARENA Platform out of reach of children and pets.

Tip 7: Lateral, seated, or kneeling exercises should be done off the platform's short side so that the cable is pulled against the rollers.
